Horrible
They caught me after the power went out so I was scared. I am 84 years old. I have gone to multiple other companies since and asked how much they would charge to install even if they use old parts like Best Care did. Everyone else that has higher review ratings would only charge a little over half as much as Best Care. They got me. On top of that, they keep lying and saying they will send me paperwork for my warranty, but never do. They have horrible customer service. I regret ever trusting them. I warn every person that sees this, “Never use Best Care for anything. They are swindlers.”
