Working with this dealer was great. They took the time to make sure we were getting what we needed. We had a misunderstanding as to what model of generator but the mistake was mostly on our part. None the less, we are still happy with what we got and we can't wait to see how it is going to work.

Exceptional service provider!!

I rarely provide a review, particularly when it's for a service provider to my home. However, my experience with Bert Black Service Co. and the installation of my new 20KW Generac generator was so positive, I felt the need to pass along a "highly recommended" plug for them. After determining I wanted to install a new generator, I received four quotes from area dealers of different brands. Jason, at Bert Black, did the most thorough inspection of all companies on my property prior to quoting, and even passed along some gas line and electrical issues the others missed when they reviewed my home. He then followed up with a very competitive quote in approximately 24 hours. Once awarded the bid, the communication regarding installation was superb, and the equipment and pad were installed in a timely and professional manner. I have done a great deal of remodeling and new construction at my home we just purchased two years ago. Working with Jason of Bert Black Service Co. was by far the best experience I've had with any service provider, and I would highly recommend looking their way first if you are in the market for a new commercial or residential generator.
