Excellent customer service!!!
When my generator did not come on during an outage I contacted Berger Electrical. They showed up in a timely manner, explained the problem with the Generac, and made the repairs on site to get my unit back up and running. After the repairs were made I signed a maintenance contract with them to service the unit biannually and signed up for monitoring. Very thorough and professional. Highly recommended.
