Espositos did a great job installing my Generac Generator

Espositos in Denville did an excellent job installing my Generac Generator, from the salesman coming out and taking all the information and measurements and what I wanted backed up in my home to getting the proper permits from the town, to the installation and wiring of the electrical panel to explaining how it works. I was very pleased with the whole process. They are very professional and knowledgeable.

Terrible communication skills!

they run around in circles and never call back if you have an issue. when you call, each person has a different excuse. if no issues (never the case), they are perfect.

Poor Customer Service

My generator had a service last June 18 and the technician was very nice and professional. He found a leak in the generator and I was informed that I will receive a quote. I called to follow up and finally received the mail on the 3rd week of July. I have called several times to schedule for service but was either promised that AJ will call back or have gotten a curt response. It's already September and nobody called back. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service.

Great service until you really need them

I\u2019ve been a long time customer with a service contract that gives me \u201cPreferred Customer \u201c status, prompt service in an emergency. This recent power outage has been severe and clearly overwhelmed Benson VH. After a couple days my generator went out, unable to reach anyone at BVH. Went in and was told technician would be out that night, that was two days ago. Now, they don\u2019t know when I\u2019ll get service. They have far too many maintenance customers and can\u2019t handle an outage. I don\u2019t like being misled and unfortunately BVH is not reliable when you really need them. So much for being a \u201cPreferred Customer \u201c

The dealer was excellent

All aspects of the installation went very well. The technitions were very professional and courteous. I would recommend Benson VerHage Electric for generator installation any day.

Easy installation and professional

We signed up to have the installation while at our warehouse club and were told it would be about 8 weeks to completion. We were very pleased when our generator installation was completed in 6 weeks. We were well informed throughout the process and very professional team.
