Installation process was excellent however follow up service has been a major disappointment.
The initial installation completed without problems in 2019 however the follow up service has been horrible. I have been without a functioning home generator for over 2 months and am still waiting for resolution. Serviceman stopped by briefly at least 6 weeks ago and confirmed that a problem existed but there has been no subsequent follow up. Not exactly an ideal situation in a Duluth winter!
