Ben Odom and his entire crew did a great job and were true professionals! From the initial meeting to the final install, Ben's Gens fully explained every step and responded promptly to every question and concern.

Best installer

Ben with Ben's Gens LLC was great to work with - professional, polite, extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, detail oriented, thorough and are completely satisfied with his installation and our Generac Generator.

Great product

Got our generator installed about 2 weeks ago and it has run through its self test a couple times so seems to be ready when needed. Ben's Gens did a great job, answered all my questions and cleaned up after the work. Peace of mind.

Recommended Professionals

Best experience ever. Professional, courteous, extremely organized, efficient and dependable. Expections set and exceeded. Feels good knowing this company has my back.

Great investment!

We’re so happy with this investment and with Ben’s Gens. They were friendly, helpful, answered all of our questions and concerns, and were very easy to work with.

Great service!

Ben Odom & his son Jacob were both great to work with. Ben was very knowledgeable & thorough at explaining the ins and outs of the Generac generator, the process of purchasing & installing it and the actual events of the installation days. He did an outstanding job of communicating with us from start to end. The entire installation was very clean, precise & punctual. Jacob also did an outstanding job of getting our Generac App & walking us through an actual power outage once the generator was fully installed.

Smooth process

Ben was great through the entire process of buying & getting our generator installed. I would highly recommend Ben’s Gen’s if you’re thinking about buying one.

Ben's Gens gets 6 Stars

When you give your Generac installers hugs when they are finished, you know you have chose the right company. I cannot give Ben's Gens enough stars for their stellar work ethic, communication and sincere desire to complete the best job they could. And they did! All others skipped over the installation and that is the most critical part in a whole home generator. He explained each step of the installation process and executed such a meticulous job--it is a work of art. His son Jacob was courteous and patient explaining the app to me. I can't be more happy and will recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.

Great job by Ben's Gens!

Ben's Gens did a great job installing our 26 kW home standby generator! Ben thoroughly explained everything both before and after the job was done, and they did a very neat job for us for a very fair price. I highly recommend Ben's Gens if you're in the market for a standby generator from Generac. We're so glad we did this! No more worrying about power outages!
