From the salesperson to the installers -- great service and good communications. The project was laid out for us, what we needed to do for them to get started. Once the install was started all was done in 3 days. Entire job was quick and easy. WE compared several companies -- their price was best by far.

Called was told service person would call me back. Never did called again no response. I will try another company. Just an aside, the Generac rating is based on training not how good a company they are don\u2019t be misled by those ratings

Amazing Professionals

I recently had Benfield install a whole home Generac back-up generator. As part of this process, they also had to replace the propane line from my tank to my house.

Great servive for low cost

I had 22kW whole house generator installed by Benefield Electric/PSP. Chose them among 3 other companies. Consulting is very detailed and clear, installation is fast and small customization honored with no additional cost. Very friendly and responsive staff. Everything was installed including gas line, up and running in 3 days.

Extremely professional from start to finish. The project lead explained in detail the delivery, installation, inspection, and close-out process; and then everything went as planned. He made very sure that I understood how the system worked, what my maintenance responsibilities were, and how to get support when needed. The price was competitive.

The Benfield team was wonderful during the entire process of our evaluating and buying our generator. They were very knowledgeable about the Generac product suite and what size would be most suitable to meet my needs. There was excellent follow-up and I do have peace of mind knowing that the generator will start automatically (and has) when the power goes out. Generac is a great product and great company/team.
