We ordered the 18 kilowatt General Guardian model to be added to our few home in the Pacific Northwest. Our home as built in 2018 and plagued by frequent power outages that could last days! While it was nearly 9 months to get the generator from the factory due to Covid supply issues, we are very happy with the finished product. Within days of completion, we had a power outage and the system worked flawlessly! The installation by Bellah Custom Homes was very professional, and at a reasonable price. If you live in Eastern Washington or North Idaho we would highly recommend them.

They were responsive to all of my questions and the install went well. There were a few issues, as I suppose there always are, but they were creative and stuck with it until we had a great install completed.

I had a good experience with this company.They were no nonsense professionals.They explained each step and they worked fast.Everything was neat and trimmed.

We recently moved into a new home and Bellah's installed our Generac.The bid process was quick and efficient. Kevin came out to the house to check everything out and make the appropriate recommendations based on our home size.After we received our bids Bellah's was neither the highest nor the lowest bid but the professionalism and communication regarding the process was what swayed us to hire them.Installation went well although our property inspection took longer than expected Annette and Kevin kept us in the loop with emails and phone calls.About a month after installation we had a 3 hour power outage and the Generac performed perfectly.We were thankful to have had the APS. Our interior lights only blinked briefly, we heard the generator turn on and it remained on until power was restored.Thank you to all the Bellah family!

Everyone that we have dealt with from, making the appointment to installation have been amazing! They were on time for all appointments, knowledgeable and took wonderful care of our home during the installation. I love that they came with their own electrical and gas team. Everything was done within a few hours and looked wonderful afterwards! This was an investment in our home that was well worth the cost. I wish that I could hire them for all my home repair and installments needs! :)

Very knowledgeable, very professional - assessed the needs for my house and recommended the appropriate generator. They then reviewed my power priorities in the event of an outage and then did the installation. The guys were great to work with and made sure everything was complete. I highly recommend them.

Kept us informed as to their installation schedule, even with a slight change on the scheduled date. Installation done expeditiously and professionally; they thoroughly checked the system before leaving. Returned a couple of days later when they realized they had not put a new battery in the system, as was on the invoice, as well as a plastic shield initially overlooked. Highly recommended!

Kevin Bellah went FAR above and beyond the "call of duty" to get my generator repaired in the middle of a recent horrific windstorm. Since he was over two hours away from my location, he first attempted to help by instructing me over the phone as to what to try to get the generator running. When that didn't work, Kevin got to my house in the middle of the storm, had to chainsaw his way through downed trees to get here, and worked on the generator until 10:30 P.M. to get it running. Without Kevin's help, I would have had no power for almost six days. He and his business are AWESOME!

I met Kevin Bellah at Ag-Expo in Spokane, Washington. Before I purchased the system he stopped by a couple of times to explain what it was going to take to install the system. The installation was very complicated.

Kevin Bellah knows the Generac Product very well and has done a fine job on solving our problem. From what we found out was the generator was installed incorrectly and we are fortunate a catastrophic event did not happen, I'm not happy with the Gen Contractor and his Elec Sub who installed the system, purchased from Albeni Falls Hardware in Old Town Idaho.

Kevin came out to our home with less than 24 hours notice, he surveyed our situation quickly, and went to work immediately. His in-depth knowledge and advice proved extremely helpful to us. To say that we felt better after his visit is an understatement! He is just the very best Generac technician you'll find anywhere!

After a big wind storm knocked out the power, my generator wouldn't start. These guys showed up right away (even clearing trees across the road) in order to get to my place. Problem was quickly solved and my generator ran the next several days without any problems, until the power was restored. Highly recommend.
