Bellahs Custom Homes

Excellent Quality and Professional Installer

We ordered the 18 kilowatt General Guardian model to be added to our few home in the Pacific Northwest. Our home as built in 2018 and plagued by frequent power outages that could last days! While it was nearly 9 months to get the generator from the factory due to Covid supply issues, we are very happy with the finished product. Within days of completion, we had a power outage and the system worked flawlessly! The installation by Bellah Custom Homes was very professional, and at a reasonable price. If you live in Eastern Washington or North Idaho we would highly recommend them.

Came out never hear back them

They came out to look at the job, Never heard from them again?

Quick and Professional

They were responsive to all of my questions and the install went well. There were a few issues, as I suppose there always are, but they were creative and stuck with it until we had a great install completed.

These people can be trusted

I had a good experience with this company. They were no nonsense professionals. They explained each step and they worked fast. Everything was neat and trimmed.

Thanks

We recently moved into a new home and Bellah's installed our Generac. The bid process was quick and efficient. Kevin came out to the house to check everything out and make the appropriate recommendations based on our home size. After we received our bids Bellah's was neither the highest nor the lowest bid but the professionalism and communication regarding the process was what swayed us to hire them. Installation went well although our property inspection took longer than expected Annette and Kevin kept us in the loop with emails and phone calls. About a month after installation we had a 3 hour power outage and the Generac performed perfectly. We were thankful to have had the APS. Our interior lights only blinked briefly, we heard the generator turn on and it remained on until power was restored. Thank you to all the Bellah family!

This dealer is exceptional!

This service is for a vacation home and gives us the peace of mind that all will be well whenever we arrive. Kevin is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He also responds quickly to our calls and needs.

Repair of our Generac Guardian home generator

Kevin and Annette Bellah and the staff of Bellah's Custom Homes are truly a breath of fresh air in these days of questionable customer service and often less than capable skills. Annette and the office staff kept us informed of when we could expect their serviceman to arrive. Kevin arrived as scheduled and did a thorough job of troubleshooting diagnosing and fixing our problem. Our standby generator is back up and running,,,just in time for a tree in the line...a short blink in the lights and voila we have our lights back on...thank you

Fast, friendly service!

I was so happy to find someone in our area to service our generator! Bellah's Custom Homes was fast, friendly, and worked around my schedule. They treated me like I was one of their VIP customers!

Absolutely AMAZING Service!!!!

Everyone that we have dealt with from, making the appointment to installation have been amazing! They were on time for all appointments, knowledgeable and took wonderful care of our home during the installation. I love that they came with their own electrical and gas team. Everything was done within a few hours and looked wonderful afterwards! This was an investment in our home that was well worth the cost. I wish that I could hire them for all my home repair and installments needs! :)

Great group of guys, excellent job!

Very knowledgeable, very professional - assessed the needs for my house and recommended the appropriate generator. They then reviewed my power priorities in the event of an outage and then did the installation. The guys were great to work with and made sure everything was complete. I highly recommend them.
