I got a bid from them on installing a home generator back four months ago. The machine was just now delivered, and I sent them an email desiring a mod to the contract (I built my own base) and installation date. No response. I called; apologies, they were busy, they would get the bid modification out by email in a day or so. That was over two weeks ago. This organization runs their business like it was more important to go hunting than follow through on a promise. Not recommended.
