BRE is there when I need them. Anyone can sell you a generator, but it\u2019s the service that keeps me happy. Their service is 1st rate and always on schedule. They can explain everything so folks can really understand how it all works. I was so happy to renew my 3 year service plan. Oh yea, when OBX Dominion Energy power goes out, my generator comes on in a snap. Truly my Generac is My Best Friend!

Bear Rock Electric is an excellent company to do business with. They are responsive to you phone calls and concerns. Most issues can be handled over the phone for your Generac with the Tech. If additional troubleshooting is needed the Tech schedules a time and is reliable on showing up on time. BRE personnel are knowledgeable and friendly. It is a pleasure to do business with them.

I had an electrician come and give me an estimate with no high pressure sales. He reviewed everything with me in detail and answered my questions and more. they were neat, punctual and had everything completed for me before I expected. I didn't even have to wait for a generator because i visited their shop and they had over 20 generators in stock in their shop. it was impressive and I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

They know what they are doing

We had 3 different companies come and give us an estimate for our generator for our house. Bear Rock was the only one that showed up on time and answered all of our questions. They also corrected things that we were told different about, and then we went back and looked up those things and they were all true what they told us. They didn't try to upsell us at all, and they were the only ones that had a shop that we could visit and see what the generators look like in advance. They had so many in stock, it was impressive. glad we made the right choice and Chris and Eric were great.

I cannot heap enough accolades upon this company to adequately express our pleasure in how they handled our purchase, installation, and followup. Bear Rock gave us a competitive quote, came on time, did what they said they would do and were great people to work with. Through no fault of our own, the generator came on yesterday, worked flawlessly and kept us cool in 90+ temperatures. Hats off to them 4 a job well done. We would definitely recommend them.
