Amazing Experience

This installation went perfect. This company coordinated everything start to finish, trenching, propane company, propane delivery, install of final product and everything in between. They also have multiple qualified technicians in house and have installed 100 plus generators in the last 3 years and it shows with the quality of work. Bear Mountain was very professional starting with the first call to their office staff, to the estimator who did not try to up sell me on the next size up and actually downsized the size I needed for my house, to the electricians/technicians doing the install. Great service!

Classy Company

This company was top notch on my installation. It was a complicated one as I did not want the propane tank close to the house. They did about 150' of trench. Coordinated everything with the gas company from start to finish and I was always in the loop of what was going on. I received 4 quotes and their quote was in the middle. It was worth a little more money for a company that was very professional and was handling everything from the begging to end by themselves. From office staff to the electricians on the ground it was outstanding. I have already lost power for 3 days right after the installation and it ran great.
