Called for service and was left on speaker while you could hear them laughing about not answering. I finally hung up after 30mins of no return. Ended up googling an error code and found a new servicer. I\u2019d pay double not to use them again. Look them up on google reviews to see the real reviews.

Just a note to compliment Beacon Electric and it's installation crew that put in a Generac power supply to my home in Ocean Springs yesterday. The crew was prompt, polite and professional the whole time they were working here. The completed installation looks like I could launch space satellites from it. They worked efficiently together demonstrating they were knowledgeable of what they were doing. They were patience in explaining everything to my wife and I when they had completed the work. We were both pleased with the whole experience.

Service contract was expensive compared to others. Technician had to come back several times to fix the problem for a Generac generator. Part of the problem was that he didn't seem to know what the problem was.

This dealer is helpful and respectful. Verry hard working people.

We just purchased a new Generator System from Beacon Electric. The employees were very friendly and helpful, and they had our generator installed in no time! We will be calling them again to do some electrical work on our house soon.

I called Beacon Electric to service my generator, after calling a few other local businesses. The technician on the phone was very confident he knew what the problem was. He promptly showed up and completed the work. While he was here, he explained their maintenance agreement to me. Having the maintenance completed correctly and on time will hopefully prevent any other problems in the future.
