Beacon Power, LLC

Buyer beware

This company was quick to respond. The problem I have with them is a 185$ service fee before they would even come look at the generator. This service fee is non refundable nor is it used towards any repairs if needed. Generac will not reimburse any moneys because they are an independent contractor. All warranty work will be covered by Generac. Generac does have a site in which they list other certified dealers. Use this to make an informed decision on a repair service.

Review of Beacon Power

Beacon Power Systems is reliable and their customer service is 10 stars! My Generac was down and needed service so I thought I'd just leave a message on a Sunday. Wow! Crystal answered and got everything sorted for repair on Monday!

Dependable

We had a Generac Generator installed by Beacon at my 91 year old Mother's house and Beacon was very customer oriented and delivered and installed the unit as agreed.

Terrible service

Called for service and was left on speaker while you could hear them laughing about not answering. I finally hung up after 30mins of no return. Ended up googling an error code and found a new servicer. I’d pay double not to use them again. Look them up on google reviews to see the real reviews.

efficient

Great job guys! The efficiency was awesome and the guys just outstandingly represented your business. Thanks , David

Rocket Pad Install

Just a note to compliment Beacon Electric and it's installation crew that put in a Generac power supply to my home in Ocean Springs yesterday. The crew was prompt, polite and professional the whole time they were working here. The completed installation looks like I could launch space satellites from it. They worked efficiently together demonstrating they were knowledgeable of what they were doing. They were patience in explaining everything to my wife and I when they had completed the work. We were both pleased with the whole experience.

Service

Service contract was expensive compared to others. Technician had to come back several times to fix the problem for a Generac generator. Part of the problem was that he didn't seem to know what the problem was.

Great service. Great folks.

This dealer is helpful and respectful. Verry hard working people.

This is a top of the line company.

Very quick and friendly response. Finished 4hours earlier than quoted.

Great Service!

We just purchased a new Generator System from Beacon Electric. The employees were very friendly and helpful, and they had our generator installed in no time! We will be calling them again to do some electrical work on our house soon.
