Beacon Power, LLC

Good service

I am very satisfied with the work that was done. I would recommend

Do not recommend

For the second time, once for me, and most recently for a relative, they did not show up for a scheduled appointment. They still don't frequently answer the phone nor return messages. Why Generac recomends this outfit I have no idea.

Fast service!

Beacon Power came out the same day I called and within minutes had my generator working like new! I was very pleased with the service I received and will use them again!

Installs

I would recommend Beacon Power to anyone. They did a great job installing my home stand by!! I definitely will continue to do business with them.

Great company

I'm very pleased with the generator that i purchased. The installation were done professionally.

Very helpful

I spoke with the office about wanting a quote and told them I had questions. They were helpful and answered all my questions very well and in detail. After getting a quote, I decided I liked them most, and they did my installation. Very nice work and nice install guys.

Very unresponsive

They don't always answer the phone and don't return messages. The woman who answers the phone knows nothing about the business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all. NOTE: I have submitted reviews before but GENERAC DOES NOT PUBLISH NEGATIVES REVIEWS IT WOULD SEEM!!!!

Best Service

The two young men were neat and professional by far the best I have ever had to hire to service my generac...One word to describe them..Superb!

Thanks for your help.

The representatives were very polite as well as professional. TheThe representative agent answered my questions and showed concern for my understanding of the problem and the need to resolve it. Thanks for your help and recommendations for future follow-up.

Good customer service

Had to go out of town unexpectedly on a weekend. They were closed at the time but after I talked to them, they came and helped me out!! Even during their off time they were very friendly and helpful. I was back on the road in no time.
