I changed service contractors because I could not communicate successfully with BCElectric. However they came less than a month after it was serviced and repeated the service even though there was a sticker indicating it was already completer with a new oil filter dated as well. Even more annoying, they covered the sticker indicating the recent service with their own sticker. It was very clear that they were repeating the annual service unnessisarily.

BAD SERVICE

Called this dealer numerous time, always got a message. They never respond. E-maid them , text them, still no response. YET I paid them for service calls and monitoring!!! Very bad service!

DO NOT USE THIS DEALER

Note: GENERAC GENERATORS are wonderful & built to last. Buy a GENERAC GENERATOR.....just don't make the mistake of using this dealer for anything! Installation: Dealer never grounded unit. Had Lightning Strike & took out generator & de-ice unit. Dealer never replace deice unit. I couldn't lock the left side of unit because dealer failed to level the unit. I had to beg them to level it for me so I could lock it. It took them years to get to it. Responsiveness: Dealer never responds ...PERIOD! It seems like new installations are their priority not emergencies or maintaining. Maintenance: Dealer makes you pay a year prior to servicing and you have to follow-up to get him to do it. This year 2022 my generator was working great until dealer did maintenance & now its belching propane & missing. Dealer hasn't been back even though I've call him 5 times. I'm on wetlands w/sump pumps. No electric means my basement will flood & he still doesn't respond. This dealer lives 2 streets away from me in the same town. Professionalism & friendliness: Dealers son is always on the cell phone and doesn't pay attention to me if I am talking to him. Expertise: I have little to no trust in the Dealer's son & Techs who don't seem to have a clue what they are doing!!

I paid $170 for this??

Been a customer for five years, Had an RPM Sense Failure, called twice, left message, no response. Tried Chat Room on website, no response. Called number on website. 2-3 hours later, received a callback. Explained problem. He said that they'd get back to me. Three days later - nothing. I've been a week without a generator.

does not return phone calls ever! no response, poor PR.
