Eric was very helpful in the whole process of determining which model we should get and where would be the best location for placing the generator. When I had problems with getting the Wi-Fi connections to work, he came out to help me with the problem. It was determined that the Wi-Fi module was bad and would need to be replaced. While he was there looking it over another issue with a wire arcing and it blew a fuse. Both items were issues from the manufacture and were resolved.
