Purchased a 24kw whole home. Greg gave me piece of mind with all his extensive knowledge of generator systems.I know my system is installed correctly and safely since it passed inspection the first time. It is nice knowing that if there are issues with my generator they can fully take care of anything that comes up.They always answer my call..even when its midnight during a storm and the racoons kicked the emergency shutdown switch to turn my generator off. Reliable and honest.I always prefer to work with contractors that are family owned rather than large corporate companies that don't seem to care.

Greg and his team did superb work on a very difficult, multi-faceted electrical rebuild that ended up being even more complicated that any of us realized. We needed to replace 55-year-old panels that had been put into our old house by an amateur and were very unsafe. This also entailed putting new lines in from our house to the electric pole down our mountain road and working with the power company to minimize our time without electricity. In addition we wanted to install a whole-house generator because we live up in the stormy North Cascade Mountains. Greg gave us a fair bid for all of this, and worked with us on the timing and scheduling. As soon as his team started the work, he realized that our wiring was a disorganized, unlabeled jumble of wires pushed into every nook and cranny of one wall of our garage - all obviously tinkered with by many people, including the amateur owner, over the 55-year life of the house. Greg and his team eventually discovered that all our switches were on a separate and even more disorganized low-voltage system, that also had to be completely redone. The past owner had been a tinkerer who put 3-6 switches in every room and hallway and not one of them was labeled. It was overwhelming to even look at! Greg and his team patiently worked through ALL of this, spending much more time than they originally expected, without complaint, until every single system was redone, replaced, organized and clearly labeled. We were exhausted just watching them go through all of this work, and I can't imagine how they had the persistence to do it themselves! Not only did they work through it all, but Greg is a perfectionist who checks, rechecks, and re-rechecks everything until he is certain that everything is exactly as it needs to be for safety, usability, and for the next time an electrician needs to work on our system. We now have a brand new, PERFECT electrical system that we know is safe and solid, with panels and a low-voltage system that are labeled and easy to use, with wires neatly organized and put into boxes where they belong, and with an automatic whole-house generator installed and ready for our next big storm. And, last but not least, unlike so many other electricians, Greg did not add any additional charges for all this extra work. He honored our original contract. We are so grateful to Greg and his team for cleaning up our disastrous electrical mess! We found Greg on Yelp and decided to go with him because he was listed as the top Generac expert in our area, but he will be our only electrician for any kind of electrical work from now on! I'm incredibly glad I chose Bayless for my Generac install. Greg was quick to respond to my request for an initial consult and estimate. He has been incredibly knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything to me as a first-time generator buyer. In the beginning assessment, he thought he would have to cut drywall in my laundry room to install the panel for the generator, but ended up finding a good work-around. He definitely over-delivered on my expectations! Since the install, I've had a couple random questions come up and Greg is always super fast at responding and making sure I understand what I need to know. Great Product, Great Crew

Bayless Electric installed a generator and upgraded our electric service. The work was completed by a crew that was a pleasure to have on the job. The project was completed as agreed upon at the start with minimal disruption. The generator has performed flawlessly since installation.

Above and Beyond service

As a Generac dealer, selected Bayless for a whole house generator. I live on an island in the Puget Sound requiring a ferry to/from my house for Bayless. Install happened as scheduled. Several days later, the generator stopped working during a power outage. Greg Bayless came to my house, on a Sat within 2 hrs, hard wired my portable generator to give us power, and returned on Sunday to install a new generator replacing the defective unit. Terrific service and "above and beyond". Since then, Bayless has completed scheduled annual maintenance.

Just my luck, my standby generator fails during the worst weather month of the year, November! When my usual Generac service company failed to return my calls in a timely manner, I reached out to Bayless Electric. Greg diagnosed my problem over the phone, came out to the house when i didn't feel comfortable attempting a temporary fix, did some basic trouble shooting and fixed the issue.
