Holy smokes wrong place to call

The lady that answered the phone was very nice sounding. She switched me to a male person who was not having a good day. Apparently one has to be as knowledgeable as the manual that comes with the unit or it is ANGRY time! Oh well, calling a different place, hope they are having a better day.

Great Company to Buy From !!

I was an owner of a different brand of standby generator. I called this company for a service call on a brand they do not sell.They came out fixed my unit and the technician knew a lot about generators.I was so impressed that my mother in law bought a new unit from these folks and we could not be more satisfied.Would definately recommend this place !!

very knowledgable staff

Went to this store, and found a huge tool store with a staff that was very polite.The pricing was as good as anything on internet and they explained how to use and if I have any problems thy do the repairs.

Big showroom and very informative on Generators, Plus we like that they service what they sell.

Went there to look at Honda Generators and walk out buying a Generac unit with alot of the same feature and paid way less than Honda and got a longer warranty.Really Cool Showroom with lots of tools !!
