Bauer Gen Systems LLC

Amazing experience!

From the first call to the final inspections, Bauer was extremely professional and prompt to respond. They answered all my questions, said what they were going to do and then did it. Every single member of the team that I interacted with was very polite and knowledgeable. I never felt any pressure from anyone, and they explained everything thoroughly. This level of service is tough to come by these days, but Bauer went above and beyond all expectations. Thank you!

We recommend them highly.

Our experience of having a Generac Standby Generator installed at our home in Plainsboro by Bauer Gen Systems was quite positive. After having been disappointed by another company who did not follow up after an initial appointment, we were very pleased with the professionalism of the Bauer Group. They walked us through all the paperwork required and held our hands with the many questions we asked. They met all the dates for the installation and follow-up with the inspections. When we asked the Plainsboro Township inspectors about their thoughts of the installation and Bauer Gen Systems, they gave them a thumbs up. We would very highly recommend Bauer Gen Systems for anyone considering a generator system for their home.

Great to Work With

I would highly recommend Bauer Gen Systems. They are very professional and helpful. Smooth generator install.

Stay away.

Terrible service. Because I did not buy my generator through the company, they wanted no part of my business. They claim to service but have no interest in doing so. Very unprofessional. Ridiculously unhelpful. Don’t waste your time calling.

Great people,professional and friendly.

Kept coming out until situation was resolved(hopefully). Heather is wonderful. Birke is very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend

Bauer is best!

Too many times we are quick to the draw to register a complaint or concern (guilty!) and not enough time is taken to recognize when quality work and service is evident. I highly recommend you call Bauer. From Bill (owner) to Heather (support staff) and James/Brian (installation) they made it as easy as possible. Although there were hiccups along the way the true test of excellent service is when things go off track and they do all the things necessary to make the experience seamless. When my mains switch did not work properly- they replaced it. My electrical box. This was on my issue to get it fixed but they did it without hesitancy or charging me extra. I found them accurate, timely, informative, respectful and very pleasant. Thank you Bauer team! M Kelly Lawrenceville, NJ
