Our experience of having a Generac Standby Generator installed at our home in Plainsboro by Bauer Gen Systems was quite positive. After having been disappointed by another company who did not follow up after an initial appointment, we were very pleased with the professionalism of the Bauer Group.They walked us through all the paperwork required and held our hands with the many questions we asked. They met all the dates for the installation and follow-up with the inspections. When we asked the Plainsboro Township inspectors about their thoughts of the installation and Bauer Gen Systems, they gave them a thumbs up.We would very highly recommend Bauer Gen Systems for anyone considering a generator system for their home.

Terrible service. Because I did not buy my generator through the company, they wanted no part of my business. They claim to service but have no interest in doing so. Very unprofessional. Ridiculously unhelpful. Don\u2019t waste your time calling.
