Very Poor Customer Service

Called Generac for a part and was given a list of dealers in my area. Called Battlefied Electric since they were close to my location.Advised him Generac had given me his number and right off the bat was given attitude. Stated the was a one man operation and doesnt have time to deal with it and to call someone who has more employees. He did list several other companies which at this point I wouldn't have used him if he was paying me.

Exceptional Service

John has been exceptional. I went with John over a lower quote because it was evident to me that the other electrician was cutting corners and I found out later that he would have only done part of the work related to my upstairs HVAC unit. Installation was fast and efficient and annual maintenance has kept the generator running in tip-top shape. Battlefield Electric has my highest recommendation and will always be my go-to provider for any generator service needs.

Excellent product, excellent Representative

Battlefield Electric installed my 10 KW system 1 year ago. I call it my smart system because, I have to do nothing in order for the system to automaticcly turn on once a week and exercise itself.. In the event of a commercial failure, which I have had 4 in the last year, it automaticcaly turns on and supplies proper power to my home and cuts off when the commercial power returns. I t works flawlessly and is so quite that it cannot be heard from inside the house.
