Generator was installed by a licensed electrician. I wanted a Generac service dealer to check the install. The reason I didn\u2019t have Ball install was because the builder of my new house would not allow another electrician on the job.Ball did not hesitate to come out and check things out. Ball was prompt and knowledgeable and immediately found missing connections and proceeded to fix the problem and had my 24k running perfectly. They were genuinely interested in getting my generator up and running and fairly priced their service. They will be my service guys from now on. I highly recommend them.

From Estimate to Project Completion took less than 3 weeks at a fair price. Even recommended a plumber to route a propane line when Propane supplier wouldn't schedule an appointment for less than a month out.

Called Generac for service on my whole house Genset and they gave me their phone number. Called them and when I told them I was in Snow Hill....He said he did not want to make the trip...37 miles to service my unit. He said it would just be to much time involved and that he didn't want to do it. Not the kind of response you want to hear when you've paid over $10000.00 bucks for an item you want to maintain. His problem!!!!! He's just fat with business in Lil Washington.

I called this company directly and they came out for the in-home assessment on 11/11/16. However, it is not January 2017 and NO ONE has ever followed up with a proposal or anything. If sales can't be depended on to sell and install something, how would I ever be able to rely on them to service/repair anything. This is the 3rd company that Generac lists as Sales and Service Dealers, but believe me, from my experience, they do not want to sell you anything.

From initial contact through start-up testing, this dealer/installer and his people showed professionalism and complete knowledge of the product. I would recommend his company without hesitation.
