Not sure how there work is because they never called me back with quote

Tried to get a quote on generator and nobody returned my call. Just a email and goodbye

Everything went great with installation. Installers were timely and efficient, as well as friendly.

Showed up on date scheduled and time stated.Employees friendly, competent. Work was neat everything cleaned up before they left.

Cody came to change the outdoor unit at my house and his professionalism and candor went above and beyond. Wonderful job!

Baldwin HVAC installed a whole home generator for me. From my experiences with the sales staff, the home office, and the installers everything was top notch. They were all very knowledgable and professional. They did every part of the installation in a timely manner. Would highly recommend these folks.

Had Baldwin Heating and Air out to determine why my generator shuts down from random codes and why my batteries keep exploding. \u201cTechs\u201d knew less about my generator than I did. Their \u201csolution\u201d was to start throwing random parts at the problem. No testing, no diagnosis, just swap random, super expensive parts without having diagnosed an actual problem. They charged me $85 to tell me what I already knew. Won\u2019t use them again.

I had discussions with Baldwin about a whole house generator for my new home that is being built, but first I needed my air handler replaced at my current home. They were eager to get my business, cost was competitive, I felt great choosing them, but then everything that could go wrong did.Three guys show up on time to installed air handler, took them what I felt was reasonable amount of time to install the equipment, after they left I found there half eaten lunch (burrito) thrown on my driveway and on the other side of drive was vomit, that\u2019s right one of them chucked on my driveway. So I went into house and found marks on wall with a gouge from where they lifted equipment into its space. The wood trim base board was damaged and requires to be replaced and then just to top it off they ran the hand cart wheels into my hallway wall. I called and complained, they wanted to fix it all, but there was no way I was going to let them. You get one opportunity to make a good first impression, they failed miserably and lost my generator business as well. This is just the second time I have shared this experience and I\u2019m still very disappointed.

Baldwin heat and air are exceptionally professional with great service for my generac and all my heating and air conditioning needs. In south Alabama there is no need to go anywhere else.

Great while giving you a quote and taking your money. Useless after the unit is installed. Took them 4 months to replace a battery charger on a brand new unit. First time the power went out the generator didn\u2019t work and their \u201c24/7\u201d support number goes nowhere. Only option is to leave a message. Unreal that people like this are allowed to be a top tier dealer. Says all you need to know about Generac. Wish I had spent my $16k on a real system.
