This Generac dealer is over the top!

I have always wanted a backup system for the house. In august of 2021 we contacted Baker Electric from a referral and ordered a unit. Due to the pandemic and supply and demand it would be months out. Baker Electric kept us informed the entire time. In early December they called and stated that units were available, and we were on the list. Our installation was December 21st, the company arrived early, and they finished by 2p.m. Three days after Christmas it was put to the test. At noon that day our power went for 140 homes, within 3 minutes we were up and running. Thank goodness and Generac because we were having 20 some people over for our granddaughter's 5th birthday. Believe me it was well worth the piece of mind.

Professional and a joy to work with.

From the first visit, to the office follow up, to actual day of installation, everyone was so courteous, pleasant, professional, meticulous, and a joy to interact with. the price was reasonable, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly. God bless them all for this great work ethic.

The folks at Baker Electric were great to work with through the entire process. I really appreciated their responsiveness to my questions and the install team was one of the best teams to ever do work at my house. Before they left, they made sure I understood how my equipment worked and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend this company any time!

Great experience!

This was a major purchase and especially after the storm we had this is an investment I wish I made sooner. They answered all my questions and the technicians were the best! Everyone from the owner, clerical and techs were awesome. I\u2019m can\u2019t imagine the service now the service level will be anything less than what I experienced. I\u2019ll update my review in regards to my next service experience as for now 5 stars across the board!

Very good dealer/contractor

From the start to the end, Baker Electric was very helpful. Researched to install back up generator for about 6 months and Baker Electric was best choice. Free estimate, very good communication with Baker's office and very good installation team that explained the generator and answered all my questions. Will for sure recommend them 100% for generator installation and other electrical jobs as well will be using them in the future for any electrical jobs in my home.

They were prompt with the quote, answered my questions well, always called back within a reasonable period of time. They were on time on installation day, quickly started, a good working team, explained the start time each week and other important information. They were respectful of my property and me. They were very professional.

Professional Generator Installation

Baker Electric did a wonderful job with my Generac installation. They were very professional and had a high level of expertise in the area of electrical equipment installations. When I needed to contact the organization, they would always return my calls. The post-install test was successful and each maintenance run has been completed without issue. The only negative I will provide is post-install cleanup was less than I expected.Otherwise, they did a good job with the install.
