We recently moved into the Woodlands and Greystone, and needed a generator for a number of reasons. Wow. Working with Michelle and Steve was so easy, and simple. We did the vast majority of our work over e-mail, and they never failed to follow-up. Working with Baer is a no-brainer. Stop searching. These are your electricians.

After getting set up with Steve for the job they showed up as planned on time. They contacted the gas company to have my meter changed out and took care of applying for the necessary permits. They were fast and efficient and very clean. They were very respectful of my property and when they were finished Steve stayed and gave full instruction on how the generator set operates. They didn't leave any mess behind to have to clean up inside or out. I highly recommend their company. They are a small company so you are always talking to the owners and they are quick to get back with you. I would use them again without hesitation.

I was told by Generac that I need to contact Baer Electric to perform a service on my generator and also do recall work if needed. Baer Electric does not call back despite voicemails and emails. I will try other locations.

Starting with calling to get an appointment for an estimate, to answering all our questions concerning the installation, all the way through the installation, we couldn't have been happier with the whole process. Steve was extremely helpful in all phases of our generator purchase. Didn't push to up-sell us. Easy to work with. Always on time and professional. Install was completed in about half a day and Steve took plenty of time to train us on the use of the generator. Baer electric was on time for the install. He respected my property, he cleaned up with a vacuum cleaner and made sure he got all the cement dust from drilling. After the install he went over the install, he than took the time to go over the generator and all the controls so I understood everything. He simulated a power failure and walked me through the house and made sure everything was working

Steve from Baer Electric was very Professional when he explained all phases of the installation of our new Generator and explained in detail how the generator functions very clean they even put down drop clothes so they wouldn't track any mud in the house I would highly recomend His Company if you are considering installing a Generator
