We recently moved into the Woodlands and Greystone, and needed a generator for a number of reasons. Wow. Working with Michelle and Steve was so easy, and simple. We did the vast majority of our work over e-mail, and they never failed to follow-up. Working with Baer is a no-brainer. Stop searching. These are your electricians.

Top Notch installation

After getting set up with Steve for the job they showed up as planned on time. They contacted the gas company to have my meter changed out and took care of applying for the necessary permits. They were fast and efficient and very clean. They were very respectful of my property and when they were finished Steve stayed and gave full instruction on how the generator set operates. They didn't leave any mess behind to have to clean up inside or out. I highly recommend their company. They are a small company so you are always talking to the owners and they are quick to get back with you. I would use them again without hesitation.

Best dealer

This dealer was excellent, the crew and owner very respectful and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and covered all areas of the house with drop cloths, explaining everything they were going to do with a reason why it\u2019s done that way, cleaned up once they were done. If you\u2019re looking for a whole house generator, Generac is the best unit and Baer Electric, LLC is the dealer you want to use. I now have peace of mind.

Responsive service

We were happy to support this family owned and operated business. The owner does the installations himself with his friendly employees. The owners answered every question I had, in a timely fashion and made me feel comfortable with the process. I would recommend this business.

No response to voicemail or email

I was told by Generac that I need to contact Baer Electric to perform a service on my generator and also do recall work if needed. Baer Electric does not call back despite voicemails and emails. I will try other locations.

Michelle and Steve, business owners, kept me informed all along the way. Kevin, the installer, was knowledgeable and explained the operation of the generator before leaving.
