Baer Electric

Baer Electric. Excellent

Great company with dedicated employees that really know the business and how to treat customers. Educated us on Generac very well.. clean thorough installation.. super great experience

No proper response and no reasonable service

The installation part went OK, but not with final completion on Fuse board panel markings. Wrong fuse numbers. Originally they suggested me to check it myself on what tripper is on what number by actually going and checking the location. This was supposed to be completed by them and give me a list of tripper numbers matching the device or location like Family room, or Well pump or Water heater...etc. If I have to go around the house and check it for each tripper then why did I hire them to do it. I expected them to mark it clearly on the panel once it is installed. But that is not what happened. Initial calls and texts were never responded and finally connected and now asking service fee to come back and fix their mistake. In my opinion their service is not satisfactory.

Why would you ever go anywhere else?

We recently moved into the Woodlands and Greystone, and needed a generator for a number of reasons. Wow. Working with Michelle and Steve was so easy, and simple. We did the vast majority of our work over e-mail, and they never failed to follow-up. Working with Baer is a no-brainer. Stop searching. These are your electricians.

Top Notch installation

After getting set up with Steve for the job they showed up as planned on time. They contacted the gas company to have my meter changed out and took care of applying for the necessary permits. They were fast and efficient and very clean. They were very respectful of my property and when they were finished Steve stayed and gave full instruction on how the generator set operates. They didn't leave any mess behind to have to clean up inside or out. I highly recommend their company. They are a small company so you are always talking to the owners and they are quick to get back with you. I would use them again without hesitation.

Installation

Baer electric did a great job installing my generator they are very knowledgeable I would reccomend them highly.

Very happy with this contractor.

Extremely happy with Baer Electric. They did a great job on my installation. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Best dealer

This dealer was excellent, the crew and owner very respectful and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and covered all areas of the house with drop cloths, explaining everything they were going to do with a reason why it’s done that way, cleaned up once they were done. If you’re looking for a whole house generator, Generac is the best unit and Baer Electric, LLC is the dealer you want to use. I now have peace of mind.

Responsive service

We were happy to support this family owned and operated business. The owner does the installations himself with his friendly employees. The owners answered every question I had, in a timely fashion and made me feel comfortable with the process. I would recommend this business.

No response to voicemail or email

I was told by Generac that I need to contact Baer Electric to perform a service on my generator and also do recall work if needed. Baer Electric does not call back despite voicemails and emails. I will try other locations.

Highly recommend

Baer was beyond wonderful. Professional, clean, great price, awesome warranty and friendly.
