Awful service do not recommend

Our generators were in his shop 7 MONTHS to repair 3 generators. He does not know what he is doing even going as far as putting the wrong spark plugs in. Needless to say the generators were still not working after we paid a large amount for service and assumed they were in working order, instead we had to get other service reps to Work on them. I wouldn't recommend him at all to anyone!!!

Who?

Tried calling them for over a year. No - seriously - a YEAR Tons of messages - a couple real talks - then into the wind they were again. Gave up went with another Generac Dealer. Not even worth my time to write this but thought I would warn others.

Thank You

Badger Power Systems rocks! They took our entire, complex list of needs to heart and they made it all happen. We have a two branch, 400 amp system that required non-standard installation. We had also previously purchased a Generac Generator that was underpowered for our needs. They took it in on trade and upgraded us to the right size for our property. Professional and punctual, we cannot recommend these folks strongly enough. But the proof is in the pudding. We have just had our electrical service reconnected after a storm blew through our area devastating the electrical system with trees down and power poles broken off. Late into day FIVE without service, our Generac System installed by Badger Power Systems worked flawlessly through the whole ordeal. Refrigerator/freezer, air conditioner, well pump, lights.... even TV and internet stayed functioning perfectly. We’re extremely grateful for the generator, the associated hardware, and Badger Power Systems expertise making an otherwise traumatic event into “almost” a business as usual week. Thanks!

Very intelligent

These gentlemen were very friendly, provided excellent customer service, and made the owner feel very confident of the service provided.
