Carlos was able to come out and perform service with 1 day notice 1 day before hurricane Matthew on a unit that had been dormant for the 2 years that I have lived in this home (probably more). After changing the battery he verified that the unit would actually supply power before doing any more work so that I would not have to pay for all of the maintenance if the unit did not even work. He even took time to explain to me how to run the unit. Amazing service. I will definitely be using Back up Power Services for my annual maintenance which I promise to keep up with from now on.
