Incredible Service!

Orange, TX experienced a severe storm last week that caused a widespread power outage. My Generac whole house generator started up and loaded just fine but after two hours it abruptly shut down due to undervoltage and after several tries to get it running I gave up. Fortunately, utility power was restored at 11 pm. While lying in bed I submitted a service request on Generac's website at 11:12. Generac emailed me at 11:27 pm to say they had matched me to B&R Complete Home for service. To my amazement, literally 2 minutes later (I just now checked my phone records because I still can't believe it!) B&R called me inquiring about the status of my power outage and offering immediate assistance by dispatching a technician to my residence if I wanted. This incredible response occurred at 11:32 pm! Since I had power and everything was fine, we scheduled an appointment for the following morning.Ronnie arrived exactly on time and had the housing dismantled and the generator diagnosed within 15 or 20 minutes. The brushes were found to be faulty, and the slip rings were in poor condition. Ronnie reached out to Generac and arranged for a new rotor to be ordered under warranty. In the meantime, he replaced the brushes and cleaned the slip rings, ensuring that I still had backup power until the new rotor arrived. Yesterday, he informed me that the new part had arrived and scheduled a visit today to install it. Once again, he arrived right on time, and now my generator is as good as new\u2026 actually, it\u2019s better than new now since the old rotor was defective. While he was present, I took advantage of his visit and requested some engine maintenance, which he completed for a nominal fee. This level of exceptional customer service is unparalleled in my experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services!
