Technician came out to give a plumbing estimate. He was very knowledgeable and provided an education to us to make a decision on our options and provided quotes on all options.

Called on Sara on Saturday and they were booked and scheduled for Monday. 10 min later they called and had an opening and could be here in an hour. Right on time. Justin was our tech. Told him what was going on and what I had already done. He said well let’s take a look. Wishing 30 min he had our system running cooling. This is the second time we have used B&J and each time we were satisfied. Thank you all for a quick response. .

Excellent Customer Servic

Great company for customer service. B&J Plumbing responded immediately to solve my problem. They treated me like I was there number one customer. Aiden was my technician, extremely knowledgable, he diagnosed the problem of why my unit was not properly draining condensation and installed a pump as the fix.

Justin did a great job!! He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about the job I was needing. He worked hard outside in the 104F heat index !! Justin was friendly and explained everything so I could understand it. I would definitely recommend his services. Thank you!
