I had a generator installed at my home and could not be happier. The whole crew was amazing from the estimate to the actual installation. Very friendly, professional and clean. I'm glad I went with B and B Builders!

Dis not use them for install but Had them come out and service my Generac. Friendly and professional did the valve adjustment and other service, and it purrs like a kitten now.

I had them come out to service my 20kw generator. They were very professional, adjusted the valves, and did the job right for a fair price. The genny purrs like a kitten now.

Estimate was very unprofessional

We are planning to install a whole house generator & requested an estimate. Their representative came to our home looked around then went to the back of his truck where he wrote up the most vague estimate I have ever seen. It seems he decided on an inflated price then divided everything into a price for the generator & transfer switch {hundreds higher than msrp) then a price for all the other work with no breakdown as to how much each item would cost. I did not feel this was very professional or accurate.

Incorrect Installation

B&B Builders are great contractors; however, when it came to installing our Generac it took months to get it finally up and running. Then we found out it was not to code and materials used for not for outside conditions. We had left several messages via phone and text with no return communication. We asked for our original paper manual and found it on our deck table a few days later, still no call. After market fuses were installed after the original ones blew during install. This caused a "ghosting" effect and we had to use only the manual setting on the generator. I would not recommend B&B Builders for General installations.
