Company is not responsive and does not provide hands service.
If you are looking for a real professional, don't hire these clowns. They do not provide in house services. Rather, they will order the generator and hire an outside electrician to install it. Then thy will gouge you on price to make as much as they can. Hire a licensed electrical contractor and run as fast as you can!

So Easy, no pressure, HONEST!
Our power went out too many times over the last two summers. I asked around for recommendations, and I called about five different places.When I called Ax Now they made us feel very comfortable and confident in their knowledge of the home and which generator we needed. They did NOT try to sell us things we didn't need.The installation of our new 22KW generator went very smooth and there was no intrusion on our family.Everything was neat and clean when they left.
