I called Avery Electric to fix my generator. He was very polite and offered to give me a free quote on fixing my generator. Upon looking at the generator, he stated that he needed to take off the cover to dx it and it would cost $500. This was a reasonable price and we agreed to proceed. He did not show up to do any diagnostic work nor did he call back. I called him back in one month. He stated he did not want to work on my generator. I gave him 2 stars for answering the phone and looking at the generator to give me a free estimate. I wish he just told me he did not want to work on my generator. I will look for another person to repair or replace my generator.

Great Pricing
Mr. Avery provided great customer service as well as great workmanship. They came out and gave me a quote very quickly and was able to get me on the schedule the same week the generator was delivered.
