High quality work
Had gotten several quotes for a home generator however upon looking closer Avery County Electric was the only one who was going to use quality parts and materials and, install in a manner to maximize the strength and life of the generator. They actually drilled under my driveway and built a concrete pad with all the pipes coming up under the generator! The install is extremely clean and professional and in a spot I selected after other installers said it was not possible.

Whole Home Generator Install-FANTASTIC!
Recently moved to the mountains of Western NC and my family wanted to wire our home with a whole home Generac 22KW.

Poor after service
Had to constantly call for regular maintenance, each year. Plus failure to act on warranty repair.

Very poor service
I bought a home that has a Generac already installed and noticed the service light has come on. I called the company that installed it to get service and that was back in January. I have called 6 times since then , each time I was told I was on the list for service for the following week . Here it is May and still no service has been done or returned phone call. Stir Clear of this company. I do not recommend this company at all.

Very Disapointed
I called for home visit, got an appointment and time, left work early to meet rep. no one showed up. called office set up a new appt, the next day the rep called and wanted to come 4 hours early, I left work again, he showed up 3 hours late. evaluation seem ed to go well, I was not informed of any problems. waited for a install date and time, still waiting several months later, no calls no contact, nothing if there was a problem I would like to know what.Very disapointed still want generator but will call someone else>

Only game in town
These guys are great - except takes forever to get them to come out and give service. But they are the only authorized service for 50 miles.
