Excellent Installation and Service

I am so happy with the service APS provided. In spite of having to deal with the most unprofessional code inspectors I have ever seen and having to nearly re-plumb my entire house gas network to get past them, APS was professional, competent and patient. I'm keeping them on as my recurring service dealer for sure. Highly recommended!!!!

Generac Maintenance

I was having problems with my 8kw Generac unit and it would not run. When I called they were very responsive and were able to schedule a service call within 48 hours. Within a few minutes of arrival the Technician was able to diagnose the problem and got the engine running again. As part of the service they checked the output voltage and found that the voltage regulator had failed and the unit was putting out 350 volts when it should have been 240vac. The technician walked me thru everything that he did and gave me several pointers to watch for. I will definitely use them in the future for annual service and any time a problem is found.

Good company to work with.

Very happy with my 20 kw Generac generator that was installed 7 years ago. Use it about 3 to 5 times a year , just had my first repair done on it from it being new . was a $300 repair to fix $100 part and $180 service call. And I due my own oil changes.
