Extremely professional and well versed in GENERAC installation and service. Rick and Eric did an outstanding job in the initial installation. General Manager Ralph came out to complete necessary testing, set-up and made sure I was well versed and covered (all questions answered) before collecting final payment. Front office Manager Karen also a pleasure to talk with. I highly recommend Auxiliary Power Systems (APS) to anyone wanting to install a home generator system.

Very good company to deal with, salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable explained installation process,office staff kept me informed with updates on installation, install crew was on time and had my 24kw connected and running by the end of the same day, it was nice dealing with 1 company that are licensed to do gas and electrical work (no subs).

Outstanding experience. Sales agent was very knowledgeable; no pressure at all. Office kept me informed/involved every step of the way. Extremely easy to work with; very friendly. Installation was fast and smooth. Install technician did the job right. Explained the operation of the generator and transfer switch in a way I could easily understand. I honestly can\u2019t think of anything they could improve on. A great experience from start to finish. They did everything on time.

I decided to finally purchase a 22kw Generac and researched a local dealer for the installation. After reading other reviews I decided on Auxillary Power Systems and they exceeded my expectations. Eric and his team went above and beyond installing our whole house generator.

Had a 27kw generator installed. From the very beginning I could tell this company knew what they were doing and was very professional and courteous. Ralph and his crew were on time when they said they would be there and Joey and Eric did an excellent job on the installation. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Had went through selectricity and forest Jordan lvl. They couldn\u2019t diagnose my generator and never really returned calls. Always had excuses. Auxiliary Power Systems came and fixed my equipment without question, they was on time with excellent service! Highly recommend them to anyone!

The friendly, knowledgeable support staff (Ralph and Karen) helped me get my part of the permit process done, and prepare for installation day, patiently answering questions, during our weekly pre-installation calls.Installation day went smoothly. The installers (Joey and Eric) are seasoned professionals. It was a pleasure to have them do what appeared to be a routine process, for them.I had an excellent experience and now I'm toujours pret.

Generac scheduled an appointment for the morning with this company, Aux Power called early afternoon the day of the appointment claiming that Generac over scheduled them. They made an appointment for another day then never showed up for the appointment nor did they call. Very poor customer service. This usually means poor service overall. Don't bother with these people.
