Doing business with Automatic Power Solutions was super easy. The initial sales call was very relaxed and not a hint of high pressure. The installation and start-up was handled by friendly and professional personnel that answered all my questions. While they offered to help set up the Mobile Link app on my phone, I felt I could handle it myself. However, I did have difficulties. They sent someone back to my house and got it going. It turned out to be something I did incorrectly but he never made me feel like I wasted his time. In short providing good service is important to them and it shows.

The guys that were sent out to my home were very professional and did a great job. They picked up everything after they installed the generator and thoroughly explained how everything worked.
