This dealer is a life saver

My generator was installed by another contractor. They were not interested in service.AHG came out for service. No hassle because they didn\u2019t do the original installation. Leveled the unit on stone (I\u2019m on a slope). They show up yearly for routine maintenance. Explain everything that I need to know. Everyone is pleasant and professional. Randy has been coming out for about 10 years. He knows my system better than I do. This area is rural and power is unpredictable. I\u2019ve never been stuck. These are the folks that you need.

Excelent Dealer and installer

Everything went very well from ordering my unit to installing my 16Kw generator. I am so glad I did a lot of research on the product and the people I needed to get my unit and propane tanks installed. Everything went very well and I would definitely recommend them if anyone looking to install a generator at their home.Thank you so much for doing a excellent job. I am a very happy Generac customer.

Call for a repair left a message and after that nothing.

Fixed it myself!

They kept claiming it was fixed, but it kept failing, in the end I fixed it myself by looking up the code and ordering part from EBay!

very knowledgeable. knew the codes and did a great job when our generator wasn't working correctly. Also did the inspection for us. would hire in a second!

No call no show

It took 3 calls for any kind of answer. Got a call back days later and made appointment. Never showed up or even called on day of appointment.

Best service EVER!!!

I sent an email the evening my generator would not run during exercise. The following morning Jim called me and in less then an hour Mike was here. I never used AHG before and they didn't know me from Adam! Mike had it running in a matter of minutes! This guy really knows his Generac generators!! He checked the entire system as well!! Including the transmission of the electrical system through the generator! After he got it running he took the time to explain how they work and what they really do! Where else can you get service like that? I am hoping to purchase a maintenance agreement from them, because these guys ROCK!!!

unresponsive, did not do what they said they would

I called AHG for warranty service. A technician came a day later and worked on the generator, but did not finish the job. He said he would be in touch, but I never heard from him again, in spite of five follow up calls.

Great Company! Great People!

Had my 14kw unit installed a couple of weeks ago. I was very impressed with the ease of the whole purchase. Automated Home Generators did a great job explaining how the stand-by generators work, recommending the proper sized generator, and installing the system. Every once in a while a contractor comes along and provides you with the product and service you expect. Great job AHG!
