Obtained dealer information from Generac website. Called to schedule appointment and was given an appointment 6-8 weeks out. Called twice within the next couple of months to figure out what was going on without response. After 6 months called and spoke to a manager who refused to send someone out as he claimed they were too busy and we didn't buy the generator from them. Wasted 6 months of our time waiting for service

We are customers of Austin Generator Service. AGS handled our entire installation process including permits from the local electrical and natural gas providers. Our device is 22KW and is wirelessly connected to GENERAC for seamless firmware updates and routine monitoring. Our GENERAC recently supplied 8.75 days of continuous service during which time routine 100hr. maintenance was provided on a same day basis by AGS. During this outage we received many queries from neighborhood hikers and one architect on the functionality of GENERAC and AGS. I have a technical employment background and found Austin Generator Service an excellent source of information beyond the standard operator manuals. Austin Generator Service and GENERAC are excellent partners in our home safety and peace of mind.

I had a great experience with AGS from start to finish! From the quote, to project coordination, and installation, and now with service on my home generator (Generac 24KW) these guys have taken care of me every step of the way!

They came out to assess my property months ago and I haven't heard from them since. I even reached out to customer through the Company and was told they reached out to ask Austin Generator to send my quote over a month ago, still no response.

I cannot seem to buy or order a Generac generator. This dealer will not return a phone call.
