Austin Generator Service

Now Abacus owned

Now that Abacus bought the company service has been horrible. Do your self a favor and find a real generator company.

Austin Generator Service

I’m a Generac customer who purchased my home standby generator from Austin Generator Service and I’m still a customer with them for preventative maintenance. They have exceeded expectations and been nothing short of outstanding from the first day I received my quote for purchase and installation. They continue to exceed in every aspect of customer service, professionalism and performance and at every level of their business. I would highly recommend them.

Great service!

John and Sean were fabulous - efficient, professional and helpful!

Austin Generator Service is awesome

Very professional and customer focused. I would highly recommend Austin Generator Service.

Great peace of mind!

We have been very pleased with the whole process even with a difficult layout with the electric panel on one side of the house and the gas meter on the opposite side of the house. They came up with a plan and made it all work. We are very pleased!

Good job

Great price!!! Great People!!!! Great Location!!!!!

Impressed

Great customer service. Responsive and on time. Great craftsmanship. I recommend!

Greedy worthless company

Obtained dealer information from Generac website. Called to schedule appointment and was given an appointment 6-8 weeks out. Called twice within the next couple of months to figure out what was going on without response. After 6 months called and spoke to a manager who refused to send someone out as he claimed they were too busy and we didn't buy the generator from them. Wasted 6 months of our time waiting for service
