Jerry Auer did a beautiful and meticulous installation of my Generac generator. When I had a problem that was caused by the faulty installation of the gas line by my gas company Jerry came to my home on the same day and replaced the defective gas pressure valve and got my generator ready to serve me again.

Our 20 kw Generac propane generator developed a serious over voltage problem that resulted in damage to the transfer switch. Jerry not only was able to correct the problem with the transfer switch but also successfully found and corrected the over voltage problem. This service call was performed during a freezing rain/ ice storm. Jerry provided knowledgeable and friendly customer service that is rare to find in this day & age. If you have any type of generator problem, Jerry is your man. I highly recommend him.
