Jerry Auer is a master at his craft and takes good care of the customer from delivery and installation to coordinating with vendors and working with city officials to get the job done right and on time.

Excellent service

I called this company because I got nowhere with the other people that Generac sent, Jerry answered the phone. I explained what was going on. He came to my house within one hour and repair my generator, I highly recommend this company, you do not find many companies that will do warranty work like this company, I will always recommend and refer Auer Electric

Gerry was wonderful!!!

I was willing to wait until Gerry's calendar allowed him to install this because I knew he knew what he was doing and the job would be done correctly. And it was.

Very happy to have worked with Auer Electric. Responsive and professional from first contact to final start ump of new generator

Auer Electric did a great job from co-ordinating with propane supply company to getting inspections done and doing initial start up of our generator .

He is the real deal. Your best friend and honest.

I read most of the reviews about Jerry and when I called him, he was very professional. He gave me the feeling that he really enjoyed working with people and it shows in his customers. I am glad that I bought my generator from Auer Electric LLC and would suggest you call Jerry if you are looking for anything electrical.

Highly Recommended for Professional Generac Purchase & Installations!!

My wife and I are both 68 years old and this was one of the best most efficient installations I have ever had!!

Excellent experience with Auer Electric

Working with Auer Electric was a great experience. They were very knowledgeable and explained how to run the unit if needed. They were extremely dependable and did not leave until I felt comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone putting in a generator.

PHENOMENAL!!

AUER ELECTRIC IS EXCEPTIONAL IN EVERY ASPECT. JERRY AND SANDY WERE BOTH VERY RESPONSIVE AND EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH AND UNDERSTAND. JERRY WAS ON TIME EVERY DAY AND WORKED THROUGH 100 DEGREE HEAT NON-STOP. SANDY HANDLED THE PERMIT COORDINATION ANSWERED THE HUNDRED QUESTIONS WE HAD, AND EVEN GAVE US TIDBITS OF INFORMATION THAT SAVED US MONEY WITH OUR PROPANE DEALER. JERRY COORDINATED WITH THE INSPECTORS AND PASSED THE INSPECTION WITH A FIRST TIME GO. THERE WAS NOTHING ADVERSE ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE, I WOULD RECOMMEND AND USE AUER ELECTRIC FOR ANYTHING THEY CAN DO!

Auer Electric is fabulous!

Jerry is great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and he leaves the work area very clean. We recommend Auer Electric for any of your electric needs without a doubt!

Great Installation and Follow-Up Service

Jerry Auer did a beautiful and meticulous installation of my Generac generator. When I had a problem that was caused by the faulty installation of the gas line by my gas company Jerry came to my home on the same day and replaced the defective gas pressure valve and got my generator ready to serve me again. I highly recommend Auer Electric!
