AUER ELECTRIC IS EXCEPTIONAL IN EVERY ASPECT. JERRY AND SANDY WERE BOTH VERY RESPONSIVE AND EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH AND UNDERSTAND. JERRY WAS ON TIME EVERY DAY AND WORKED THROUGH 100 DEGREE HEAT NON-STOP. SANDY HANDLED THE PERMIT COORDINATION ANSWERED THE HUNDRED QUESTIONS WE HAD, AND EVEN GAVE US TIDBITS OF INFORMATION THAT SAVED US MONEY WITH OUR PROPANE DEALER. JERRY COORDINATED WITH THE INSPECTORS AND PASSED THE INSPECTION WITH A FIRST TIME GO. Great Installation and Follow-Up Service

Jerry Auer did a beautiful and meticulous installation of my Generac generator. When I had a problem that was caused by the faulty installation of the gas line by my gas company Jerry came to my home on the same day and replaced the defective gas pressure valve and got my generator ready to serve me again.
