Took my money - no generator

Gave owner Johnny Partain a $23,500 check on 6/3/14 as a deposit on an 80KW home generator. It is now 11/1/14 and he hasn't delivered.It is now a police matter for criminal theft of over $20,000.I would be very cautious in using this fellow.
