not dependable
I called and left a message that the unit was not working. A month later, I called because I still had not heard from anyone. Three calls later, I was told that a part was ordered and I would be called when it arrived. Still waiting a year later

Did a great job .
If you need repairs for your Generac Generator, call these people. John the tech. did a great job with the repairs that were needed. In Roscommon County, the service company that was recommended, Chosen Electric, cancelled on me three times and would not return my phone calls. Atkins Electric is only a few miles away in Lake City.

I;ll never call these people again
Worked on the generator for a week , charged me $900 and it still didn't work.I found the exhaust valve seat wore . Changed the head and it runs like a top .
