Assured Generator was highly professional in all aspects. Phil was responsive to all my questions, performed excellent on-site work and kept me updated on all phases of the work in progress. The electricians and plumbers also performed excellent work.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent service that our household received from Assured Generator Systems. The project was successful and it showed in the level of professionalism and management skills from Phil and his team.

We had a rather long journey from the time we ordered our generator last August until now (mid April) when we are just now getting our final instal inspection. The delayed was due primarily to a flurry of orders going into Generac following some violent weather around the country last summer and was in no way the fault of the dealer. Through it all, Philip at Assured Generator Systems stayed in constant contact with us and kept us appraised of where we were regarding our install. Once we received our generator Philip moved quickly to get the electrical and mechanical work completed and the generator set up for inspection. Although we failed the initial inspection, which is very common in our town, corrections were immediately made and we are finally having our final inspections this week. Through this process Philip communicated regularly with us and was very responsive to any inquiries that we had. He is an extremely knowledgeable and professional person and I know that he will be able to manage any issues that we may have going forward and it was for that reason that we entered into a 2 year maintenance agreement with Assured Generator Systems. Anyone considering installing a generator would be well served to do it with Assured. Mike A.

Although it took the manufacturer forever to deliver the unit following Sandy, once it was received, Assured Generator Systems responded in a timely and professional manner to complete the installation that same day. I wish all contractors were that responsive!
