The technician called 30 minutes before arriving. He arrived on time. He checked our tank. He performed the service. He rang the bell and said that all was well. Excellent service.

Generator broken

APS sent a tech out to preform Maintence on my generator and for it not running .. I received a email that the generator was broke and needed service and they would call.. they never called and I called them and scheduled a tech for today at 2:00 pm .. when he arrived he said he was there to update my monitoring system but was not aware the Generator was broken I called their office and was told the was a mistake on their part and they would send another tech that knew how to work on my generator.. He was coming to do a diagnostic check and see what is wrong and he will determine what needs yo be done,, she said he may not be able to fix it right away \u2026 This has be the worst experience ever with APS .. One year ago it was the best company out there today they have dropped to the worst\u2026 I am sure with this incompetent service they will not be around long \u2026

I assume the work was done, the report was not explained to me.

The technician call and said he has 25 minutes out. He didn\u2019t notify when he arrived nor when he left, so the report was not explained to me. I do not know whether there is anything in the report that I should be concerned about.
