Sub Par - Stay Away from These guys

Their work is straight up sub par. Other vendors have come to my property and have seen what poor quality of work that they did and just shake their heads. It is poor workmanship, sub par quality. Aspire would not return my calls, nor fix the problems. I have had quotes starting at $1,600 and up, just to come out and fix their work. Stay away from Aspire.

I thought the battery had died on my 6 year old 20KW generator. It failed to operate when there was an outage.

Very client conscious

From the time the estimator came to do their onsite view for where the Generator was to be placed, to the calculating of what kind of Generator needs,and the turnkey pricing, I was very impressed by their niceness, knowledge of Generators and information provided about do's and dont's for placements. They did not try to sell me a bigger Generator or bigger or wrong transfer switch just to even out price, or because offered a "discount".

Not the best

It took them three visits to get my generator installed. On the first required service visit to maintain warranty they were late getting there and could not find my house. That's strange because they install it.

Expesive service

I had a service request. They didn't have all the parts required the first visit so I was charged for two service calls and additional travel time. To me it was only one service call.

5 star service through and through

5star service through and through. I even had them do some electrical work a year later.
