Medical Equipment Requires Reliable Electricity

The freeze of 2021 showed me I needed a whole house generator. We went with the unit that would run everything as I have seven pieces of medical equipment I rely on daily. The generator is able to handle it all. When people see the Generac and ask us about it, I refer them to A.S.H. Electric every time. I also refer them to 3D's Plumbing if they are using natural gas.

Authorized Service and Will Install Right First Time

Adam did not hesitate to install our whole house 24K unit with natural gas. He has done many of them and makes it look easy. It works every time we need it. He readily agreed to work with my preferred plumber, 3 Ds' Plumbing. Adam and his crews live in San Angelo and available to service it anytime it needs it. Five Stars? No, ten stars for A.S.H. Electrical.

Beware

Adam set up my Generac and got it running in the green then after a few months was in the red. Long story short, after many unanswered texts and messages, plumber corrected the gas pressure to specs and we are still in the red. In response to a text updating him the unit was non functional, I received the most unprofessional, vulgar and rude response imaginable...over the top unimaginable! We will not be using ASH Electrical for anything again.

Mr Adam Johnke and his team, From A.S.H. Electric wasted no time in unloading, preparing and installing the generator and transfer switch. They made accurate decisions in rewiring some of the installed electric lines and had brought sufficient tools and supplies to get the task finished in short order. The team was very well coordinated and worked together in a most professional manner. They answered all my questions as to how the equipment worked and what I was to do in case of malfunction. Further, Billing information from beginning of Contract to close, was timely, clear, and did not change.
