For those who enjoy the Southern Highlands of North Carolina and have significant dollars in their mountain residences, I would urge your serious thought about who your auxiliary power professional might be! Having enjoy two residences in Cashiers for the past two decades, our "go-to" professional has been ASAP Automation, Inc. & Phillip Rogers. Over recent years Phillip's team configured an internet-based monitor that sends an email each week when the system is in "exercise mode" and/or if any metrics would be outside normal parameters. This monitoring conveys affirms all systems are fully operational and this is an amazing technology with severe weather 12-months a year! "Professionalism & proficient problem-solving" is Phillip's mantra and it has been demonstrated over our relationship with his GENERAC systems!

ASAP Automation met and exceeded my expections

Selecting a Dealer to install a standby generator for my home in western N.C.was a carefully researched process. My considerable experience as General Contractor and Professional Engineer focused not just on credentials and experience installing generator systems, but diagnosing and servicing problems that often arise with complex,computer controlled, Electro/Mechanical equipment. Phillip's experience and training impressed me and the fact that he specializes in servicing and repair gave me the confidence that I was looking for. Now that my installation is complete, which I closely monitored, I can say I am very pleased and secure with the system and its operation.

Philip from ASAP was very knowledgeable, and was generous with his time and research on our older model generator. We resolved the issue by ordering and replacing an entirely new part. After testing, the generator is now running as it should.

My 13 yr old generator was in bad need of service. ASAP came "ASAP". New battery; tested everything for me. Genny feels great and so do I. Nothing is as comforting as that "BRUMMM" when a Generac starts up during a power outage. It's good to know it's back in service.
