Arlington Electric

Ghosted

I booked an appointment two weeks in advance to get an estimate for whole house generator after my neighbor had referred me to Arlington after having one installed a few months earlier. No one ever showed up for my appointment. I called the office and left several messages. No one ever answered the phone when I called or returned my messages. I sent a email through their webpage as well, but still never received any response at all from them. Ive moved on and will steer clear of Arlington Electric from now onw.

Arlington Electric is the BEST!!!

We have found Arlington Electric, Arlington, WA. to be Excellent to work with. Very well run company, very helpful, very friendly and Truthful!

If your looking for a professional install

The Installer renewed my faith in the trades, as they did the gas hook -up trenched/buried where necessary, and cleaned up when finished. The Installer James even brushed and painted the existing gas pipe whish had rusted. arrived in timely fashion and methodically did the install. Kudos to Arlington Electric to a job well done!

Poor customer service and shotty work.

Had them do the generator at my house through Lowes with a new panel. I had issues with it and he came out, talked down to me and said I wasted his time. Had another company come out and they determined he did not have one of the wires in the panel connected, which could have costed me my septic system. Super unprofessional, did not take the time to determine the actual issue and customer service was terrible. Good thing there are reviews like this and Google to vet business out that are not good. Had a great experience with Brennan.

Excellent service from this dealer

The install crew did an excellent job. We were very happy with the work.

Impressed

My husband and I were so impressed with the very professional technicians you sent out to install our new standby generator. Their attention to all the many details was impressive and they were very careful to remove all debris related to the installation. Your technicians are to be complimented for providing an outstanding customer service experience.

Excellnent

Excellent work . We recommend this dealer answer all our questions

Excellent Service

We just had a 22kw generac backup generator installed. Russ and his team have stayed in constant contact with us, from start to finish. The best customer service by far.

Totally unprofessional!

Husband and wife team, both very unfriendly and act as they are doing you a favor by talking to you. Show no interest in your problem, and make no effort to assist with it, even if it is one that they caused.

Unprofessional - unreliable

Fails to keep appointments on time. Sends out novice apprentices to do complex work. Technician is unprepared to work outdoors. Spent an hour to say he was not sure of the problem and left without a fix. Will not repair unless bought from the dealer. A bad choice.
