Responsive, competitive, and customer-oriented!
I'm always impressed when the owner of the company shows up at the door, and it was Arket himself who came and gave us the price quote, which was substantially lower than many of the other Generac dealers. He also explained in detail how the system worked. The crew that did the actual install was very professional and friendly, and Arket again dropped by to check things out. Finally, when there was a problem with the remote monitor losing the signal, the office manager sent someone over right-away to fix it. A great overall experience, and highly recommended. We installed the 20kw unit in 2012.
