Called Arkansas solar for a warranty repair. He told me I needed a new engine when the unit was never ran from the factory. I would give zero stars if it let me. I called Generator Solutions from Dardanelle and they had my new generator running within 10 minutes. All it needed was 1 wire reconnected for it to start.

This guy is a scam artist , he not a professional by any means of the word . the fact that Generac certified him tells all you need to know about their business . Kohler or Cummings .
