Ark Generator Services

NO Customer Service

I wanted to like this company because it came recommended by my Generac installer as someone I could set up a maintenance agreement with. They DO NOT answer the phones, return calls calls when you can leave a message or respond to requests via email. Not begging this company or anyone to take my money. After two months I gave up and found another dealer recommended on the Generac site.

Horrible service

Horrible service. Paid then to come out and repair my generator for $1400. 2 days later it wasn’t working. They admitted forgetting to address reason for initial call and won’t come back out to service. 10+ calls for service and no return calls

Got a quote but no further response

The summary is pretty much it. They showed up quickly to provide on site estimate, and it was good. I considered their bid as a strong contender. Called them a couple of times to schedule installation but they would not follow up or confirmed an appointment. I has another dealer to do my installation. However, I have to admit their professional knowledge.

Not recommended

This company does not stand behind its work or its products, engages in unauthorized repairs, and after the initial sale, treats its customers abysmally.

Great to do business with

Great to do business with. They came to my house, on time, ready to work. They had the Generac working in no time. I highly recommend ARK. They really know Generac!

This dealer is high recommended.

We were extremely pleased with the expertise of this dealer. They made sure that all appointments were at a convenient time for us. They were always on time and explained everything thoroughly. All employees were very courteous and professional. We felt like we were valued customers.

Absolutely appreciative

I contacted Ark after my home generator stopped working. I explained that I was on a fixed income, needed the emergency generator since I am on a machine that assists my breathing and one to monitor my heart pace maker/defibrillator. They said there would be a cost to come check it out. I asked if I could make payments. They said they'd call me back. Later, I got a call saying they would come check out my generator at no cost. Well, today the repairman (Joel) came out to check it out. I watched him making the various checks and then go to his truck. He came back with a battery charger and battery. He installed them then made another test. Said the computer was fried. Went back to his truck and got a new computer and installed it. Made some more adjustments and then started writing up the ticket. I was thinking that I sure hoped they would accept payments. After Joel finished writing the ticket, he told me that the owner had personally written the work order and said there would be no charge for services or parts. He also said it would have cost about $1200.00. Needless to say, I was flabbergasted and SO appreciative. For once in my life, I was left almost speechless. It is service to needy people like me that makes this company such an outstanding business in our community. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing products that they offer for sale or service. By the way, I am a 100% service-connected disabled veteran living on a fixed income. My birthday is coming soon. Thank you for an early birthday gift, obviously given from the heart. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU Jerry

Excellent support and very professional

I never knew how complicated it was in getting a Generac standby generator connected to our home. The city permits, the gas company, the electrical company, and getting these companies to cooperate and synchronized was difficult at best. ARC and those persons who worked with us were willing to go the long haul. They were there with a backup generator when the electrical power went down, even thought our Generac was already located in our back yard waiting on permits for hookup. I would recommend ARC generators in Conroe, Texas in a heart beat. If you live in Conroe, Texas, or near Conroe, think about calling ARK for generator or electrical needs.

Excellant service provided.

This dealer fixed my generator in about an 90 minutes, when another local dealer could not get it working in over 10 hours of labor. I highly recommend.

I would highly recommend WA Electric

WA Electric has consistently shown exemplary professionalism and expertise in their service and their knowledge of Generac equipment. The original sales consultant was very conscientious in determining the proper sizing of the generator needed to backup power for my home. This purchase was made in May, 2010. The service manager who performs the maintenance on the generator is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous when performing the maintenance required. He is extremely meticulous in performing his duties and honest in determining the proper repair steps for my generator. As a very satisfied customer I would recommend WA Electric for your generator sales and service provider.
