We could not be happier with Roger and Ark Electric! We had to wait months for our generator to arrive, but Roger kept in contact and reassured me that as soon as the generator was delivered to him, it would be installed. Less that a week from the generator being delivered tto Ark Electric, our generator is installed and ready to go. Thank you, Ark Electric!

Roger was very professional, knowledgeable about the product, patient with us and answered all our questions and concerns. He was prompt in responding to the request for an estimate, and when he left that day we knew exactly what was going to happen. He explained our options for size of generator and what we could expect from each of the options. The day of installation he coordinated with our electric utility and everything went as planned. Our outage was as short as he could manage, and even though it was the coldest day that week we were fine. Roger stayed after the installation was completed to assist in the setup of the mobile link. That was greatly appreciated as our technology skills are limited. We just had the generator installed, so are waiting (but not really hoping) for an outage to see the product in full usage!!

Although we purchased our generator from another supplier (not realizing that Ark Electric was a local authorized Generac dealer), Roger, with Ark Electric, was very responsive in coming out to discuss the installation process and completing the installation as promised. So, whether you are looking for a dealer or just a qualified installer, we would recommend Ark Electric of Fair Grove, Missouri to anyone looking to purchase or install a Generac standby home generator. Our experience with him has been excellent and we have already recommended him to two of our friends.
