Ark Electric LLC

Recommend ARK Electric

We are pleased to recommend ARK Electric. Roger and his crew proved themselves to be knowledgeable, experienced, and professional in every way. They did a through evaluation of our electrical systems, recommended a 24kw generator, and handled all aspects of the installation. That installation was started on time and it was a pleasure watching their progress. The work area was kept clean, each task was completed, and the end product turned out great. There was a minor problem that arose, but that issue was diagnosed and solved quickly. All in all, we are grateful to Roger and ARK Electric.

Great service from Ark Electric!

We could not be happier with Roger and Ark Electric! We had to wait months for our generator to arrive, but Roger kept in contact and reassured me that as soon as the generator was delivered to him, it would be installed. Less that a week from the generator being delivered tto Ark Electric, our generator is installed and ready to go. Thank you, Ark Electric!

Excellent experience.

Very friendly, knowledgeable representative. He worked very well with me with installation and activation. Very good purchase and installation experience.

very helpful

Nice insulation and giving instructions of the generator. He handled everything with the propane company and we didn't need to do anything.

Great Job!!

Roger was very professional, knowledgeable about the product, patient with us and answered all our questions and concerns. He was prompt in responding to the request for an estimate, and when he left that day we knew exactly what was going to happen. He explained our options for size of generator and what we could expect from each of the options. The day of installation he coordinated with our electric utility and everything went as planned. Our outage was as short as he could manage, and even though it was the coldest day that week we were fine. Roger stayed after the installation was completed to assist in the setup of the mobile link. That was greatly appreciated as our technology skills are limited. We just had the generator installed, so are waiting (but not really hoping) for an outage to see the product in full usage!!

Great experience - would recommend!

Although we purchased our generator from another supplier (not realizing that Ark Electric was a local authorized Generac dealer), Roger, with Ark Electric, was very responsive in coming out to discuss the installation process and completing the installation as promised. So, whether you are looking for a dealer or just a qualified installer, we would recommend Ark Electric of Fair Grove, Missouri to anyone looking to purchase or install a Generac standby home generator. Our experience with him has been excellent and we have already recommended him to two of our friends.

Terrific Dealer

Roger has customer service down pat. His degree of knowledge and professionalism is simply unsurpassed. Installed a home standby generator system and stayed until 11:00 pm to get the job completed on time. My highest recommendation! Thanks again Roger
