Great customer service received from Aries Eletrical on 29th/30th of October during the Storm Sandy. Mr. Smith had installed a new 14kw Generac generator on our property earlier this year. Our newly installed 14kw generator did not start when the power went out around 4.30 pm on 29th October due to the storm. On calling Reed he immediately decided to come and check out the generator in the midst of the storm. He worked for around 3 hrs in growing darkness and strong winds. He had to return next day with the proper spare parts. On 30th am he fixed the problem by replacing the defective part. 100% of our town was without power with numerous downed trees, and power lines making driving conditions very difficult. Given the wooded area of our home I am sure Reed had to do drive past downed trees and Power lines which made his customer service response all the more admirable.

After all the storms this past season, my wife and I weren't about to suffer through the inconvenience again so we started looking for a reliable contractor. After meeting Reed and hearing his proposal we went forward and ended up with a quality , reliable installation. We would recommend Aries Electric to anyone.
